Crystal meth is the street name for methamphetamine. It is a man made form of meth and it is also more toxic. Crystal meth has a blue color, glass like appearance and it us odorless. Crystal meth activates the central nervous system and stimulates the production of two neurotransmitters, norepinephrine and dopamine. At low doses, it boosts alertness and blocks hunger and fatigue. At high doses it produces a "rush" feeling of euphoria that can last for more than twelve hours.

Crystal meth effects depends on a variety of factors that include, the age, dosage, body weight, how  long the drug has been taken and the method of administering.  Crystal meth effects are similar to that of cocaine, except the effects last much longer.
